The waste battery to be disposed of is placed on and transported by the in￾sulated conveyor. Battery is feed into the Sealed oxygen free crushing system for rough crushing. The crushing system is protected by inert gas to prevent battery explosion during the crushing process. After crushing, the material is sent to the high temperature cracking furnace. Fragments undergo thermo decomposition. Combustible gas generat-ed from electrolyte enters the secondary combustion chamber under the action of nega￾tive pressure. The hydrocarbons in the electrolyte gas is fully volatilized and recycled for heat generation. The exhaust gas enters the quench tower through the pipe, and the quench atomized water vapor is cooled. Material is feed into the sorting system, where black mass is separated automatically with copper, aluminum and other metals. The whole production line is equipped with a sealed negative pressure, which prevents the dust leakage, improves the recovery efficiency.
